THE MOREE GALLERY is presenting a group exhibition ‘A Day to be Remembered’
A group exhibition featuring 9 significant established and emerging Australian artists. Bringing together diverse and exceptional creatives.
“A Day to Remember” is created from the visual diary of the last day exploring an area of waterways on the Macleay Valley Coast. The morning begins on the wetland trail with soft light and reflections of pink, silver and sage shimmering through the saltmarsh. By midday the She-oaks cast blue grey shadows over the seagrass runners on Conners Beach. By the end of the day the afternoon sun lights a path through coastal banksia to glimpses of the waves at South Smoky Beach.”
